Personal Data Privacy Policy

iExpo247 (AQUA247 GROUP ecosystem) complies with Vietnam Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15.

1. Data we collect

• Full name, organization, job title, phone and email — provided by you or the event organizer at registration.
• Avatar, short bio, website and social links — added by you.
• Event check-in log: scan time, gate and session.
• A log of system emails sent to you (type, time, delivery status).

2. How we use it

For event check-in, badge printing, displaying your iVisit card, and card-lifecycle notifications. We do NOT sell your data.

3. Who can access your data

• The organizer of the event you registered for (and the staff they assign) — for reception and attendance reporting.
• Our email delivery provider, solely to send you system emails.
• If you tap "Upgrade to icard": your name and card details are sent to iBiz247 (same group) to create your business card. Nothing is transferred unless you tap it.

Beyond the above we do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law.

4. Publishing your card

Phone, Zalo, email, website and social links are public ONLY when you actively turn on "Publish card" and accept this policy — and only the items whose toggles you enable. You can turn it off anytime in My iVisit card. The card page is set to no-index, viewable only via a direct link or QR code.

5. Your rights — edit, hide, delete

You can do all of this yourself in My iVisit card:

• View and edit all your information at any time.
• Turn off "Publish card" to hide your contact details from viewers.
• Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page to erase it yourself — no approval needed.

When you delete, we immediately erase: your name, email, phone, Zalo, website, address, bio, all social links, your avatar (the image file is deleted too), your password, and any queued emails. Your iVisit card and any QR code already shared stop working immediately.

We retain: an anonymised attendance record — only “present / check-in time / gate”, with no name, email, phone or photo, and it cannot be traced back to you. Reason: this is the organizer’s finalised attendance figure for that event. We also keep one line recording that your erasure request was carried out (email and timestamp) as proof of compliance.

After deletion you can still register for a new event with the same email, as an entirely new attendee.

6. Retention

Your card carries the organizer’s skin for 15 days after the event ends, then stays free for another 15 days, then goes dormant. Dormant data is kept so you can reactivate it at your next event — or erase it anytime using the button in section 5.
