For event check-in, badge printing, displaying your iVisit card, and card-lifecycle notifications. We do NOT sell your data.
Beyond the above we do not share your data with third parties, unless required by law.
Phone, Zalo, email, website and social links are public ONLY when you actively turn on "Publish card" and accept this policy — and only the items whose toggles you enable. You can turn it off anytime in My iVisit card. The card page is set to no-index, viewable only via a direct link or QR code.
You can do all of this yourself in My iVisit card:
When you delete, we immediately erase: your name, email, phone, Zalo, website, address, bio, all social links, your avatar (the image file is deleted too), your password, and any queued emails. Your iVisit card and any QR code already shared stop working immediately.
We retain: an anonymised attendance record — only “present / check-in time / gate”, with no name, email, phone or photo, and it cannot be traced back to you. Reason: this is the organizer’s finalised attendance figure for that event. We also keep one line recording that your erasure request was carried out (email and timestamp) as proof of compliance.
After deletion you can still register for a new event with the same email, as an entirely new attendee.
Your card carries the organizer’s skin for 15 days after the event ends, then stays free for another 15 days, then goes dormant. Dormant data is kept so you can reactivate it at your next event — or erase it anytime using the button in section 5.
When you delete your account in section 5, we wipe every identifying field: full name, phone number, avatar, bio, website and social links. Your email address is replaced with a code that says nothing about you.
Three things are kept, because the law requires us to prove we acted correctly:
The first two live in a separate append-only ledger that cannot be edited or deleted through the application, visible only to platform administrators. They are never used to contact you or market to you.
The legal basis is a statutory obligation under Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15, not your consent — so it falls outside the right to withdraw. The data is erased once the mandatory retention period ends.

Thực hiện trực tiếp trong tài khoản (mục tài khoản/cài đặt) hoặc gửi yêu cầu tới đầu mối ở mục 1; chúng tôi phản hồi trong thời hạn luật định và không thu phí. Khi xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi thông báo cho cơ quan chuyên trách và cho bạn trong 72 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện, theo quy trình ứng phó sự cố nội bộ.
Chúng tôi chỉ dùng cookie phiên đăng nhập và cookie ghi nhớ lựa chọn ngôn ngữ; không dùng công cụ theo dõi hành vi của bên thứ ba, không theo dõi việc mở/nhấp thư. Máy chủ ghi nhật ký kỹ thuật (địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, trang truy cập) để bảo đảm an toàn và được xoá sau 12 tháng.
